Lockdown meant that many of our customers were suddenly closed down with many members in a mid month credit freeze.

These facilities are now currently working through the credit situation with returning members, with many asking “how many credits do I have from before you closed/what sessions are they for….”

Here at Quoox Gym Management Software, we figured you probably had enough to be dealing with in just getting people back through your front door and feeling safe, so we have added a new feature to solve this now, and whenever your members want to check their credit position.

The Solution

If your members tap the swag icon in their app they will see a full breakdown of their current credit situation, including future credit allocation based on their membership.
