SMB Sales Specialist

Colchester, CO4. Full-Time.
Salary: £29k basic + generous OTE

The Role

The role will initially be home-based (due to COVID) before re-locating to our new offices in Colchester, Essex from early March 2021.  From time-to-time, and as you/we may deem appropriate, some travel to client sites may be required.

Our Sales Specialists are our clients’ first point of contact with our business and are our brand ambassadors. You will have primary responsibility for achieving maximum (realistic) sales targets and spearheading the growth of our business.

You will work closely with our on-boarding and support teams to ensure a successful and smooth on-boarding experience for every client.  A generous commission structure provides the potential for substantial OTE, in addition to a solid base salary and 35-days paid holiday per year.

Quoox Sales Specialists are responsible for achieving sales targets predominantly within an internal sales environment.  This position includes communicating with prospects in various forums and via different media, including outbound & inbound calls; emails; texts; and other social media engagements.

It is our role to facilitate our clients in attaining their business aspirations, and their members their wellness goals, through providing the very best solutions via our innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Maximise client sign-ups by driving outbound cold calls; lead generation; converting inbound leads; and closing sales within the allocated territories.
  • Demonstrate the Quoox portal; FitnessHub member portal; member app; and our partner solutions (where appropriate) to potential clients, ensuring that the fit is right for their business, and guiding them through the sales cycle to sign-up.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly target goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and with integrity, as well as forecasting business on a monthly and quarterly basis, as required.
  • Participate in business events, trade shows and conventions as required.
  • Stay abreast of all product updates and innovations; as well as market conditions and challenges, to facilitate an effective and supportive sale to prospects.
  • Stay in regular contact with clients during their first 3-months with Quoox, to ensure a smooth and effective transition from their previous platform (where applicable), until full support is provided by the Quoox on-boarding and support specialists.

Desired Skills & Attributes

  • 1-3 years sales experience, in a closing role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Experience of the fitness and wellbeing industry, either as an enthusiast or as a coach.
  • A track record of bringing sales through generating your own leads and sales pipeline.
  • A strong record of performance, with a yearning to “make a positive impact” both within the business and the industry more broadly.
  • A good technical aptitude, fully understanding of concepts of sale of a SaaS solution.
  • Superior presentation skills accompanied by strong written and verbal communications.
  • The desire and ability to adapt with a rapidly growing company; to take on new challenges as they present themselves; and to support colleagues towards a common goal.
