Getting a new member & facility management system setup can initially seem like a bit of a daunting task. Whilst Quoox provides
a thorough step-by-step process, supported by a comprehensive video help library, some clients prefer to have Quoox undertake certain elements of the setup process.

This is where our Setup Assistance Service provides a stress-free and cost-effective solution.

As part of our Setup Assistance Service, you will be assigned a dedicated on-boarding specialist. They will be your primary point of contact during the setup process.

The process will commence with a welcome phone/zoom call during which you will be taken through the next steps of the process, and a
preliminary roll-out timetable will be derived.

We shall gather information from you about your facility; your members; your memberships; your sessions; and more. Our team shall then ensure that this is correctly configured within Quoox, as per the details you have outlined.

At this stage, any steps required by you or the members (such as the addition of payment information) will be completed. Quoox will guide on how best to make this a smooth process, and requiring only minimal effort!

Having completed the setup of the core system, your Quoox specialist will schedule a ‘handover’ Zoom call. During this meeting, they will take you through how your Quoox system has been configured – so that you fully understand what has been done, and how to continue to administer your system going forward.

A final approval sign-off takes place, and then you and your members will be up-and-rolling with your new Quoox system – making your life simpler, and providing your members with a cohesive wellness solution.

The Setup Assistance Service covers the configuration of the core elements of your system, including:

  • System settings and integration with Stripe & GoCardless
  • Configuration of your branding within the app and FitnessHub
  • Import of core member data
  • Configuration of your sessions and setup of your session schedule
  • Setup of your credit packs, for use with memberships and ad hoc sales
  • Setup of your memberships and membership payment plans
  • Creating a member on-boarding email that works
  • Integration with Myzone (where applicable)

This service does not include the setup of advanced features such as Campaigns or Nurturing. Additional assistance may be provided in these areas as required, subject to quote based upon your requirements.
